Vassar Outdoors currently only ships to the United States. Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days. Our major carrier is the United Parcel Service (UPS). We can also ship through other carriers including U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. Shipping oversize and heavy items will require an extra shipping charge added to the standard shipping. The extra shipping charge for these items will be explained in the item's description. We cannot ship to Hotels/Motels due to potential delays in shipping that are out of our control

We want you to be more than just satisfied with your purchase; therefore, any returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty issues will be handled efficiently. If you buy something from us and find that it does not fully suit your needs, we are happy to return or exchange your purchase for another item, size, or color. Please contact us at info (at) vassaroutdoors.com for a return authorization number (RAN) before returning anything. After obtaining a RAN, carefully package your return item(s) so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include all of the original packaging and Write the RAN on your invoice. Returns without a RAN will be rejected.
* Please ensure the item(s) are cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions, stain- and odor- free, without rips, tears, breaks, and are undamaged.
* We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned merchandise.
